Of course you do! Once we work out the schedule between you and the walker, we will set up a time for them to come by and introduce themselves to you and your pup. 

Yes! We believe it is important to build a bond between your dog and our walker. In the event the walker needs to be replaced due to unexpected sick days or vacation your dog will have a temporary walker. 

We do our best to walk your dog the same time every day but we kindly request a one-hour window around the time of the walk. 

Nature calls whether it's sunny or stormy! We will walk your dog no matter the conditions.

We will give your dog their own treats from home if requested to do so by owner.

We are in the process of being Insured and Bonded through the Business Insurers of the Carolinas. 

We understand New Yorkers live crazy lives our services can be canceled free of charge 24 hours prior. Cancelations made after the 24 hour mark will be charged the full rate.
